Rain Forest Geography
Tropical rain forests are concentrated around the equator. Figure 1 shows the distribution of tropical rain forests on Earth. The largest tropical rain forest in the world is the Amazon Rain Forest, which lies in the countries of Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia.
